The client was experiencing significant annual losses of tax revenue due to fraud, money laundering and terrorism financing.

The Solution:

We developed a solution that ingested and consolidated complete, real-time data at up to 100TB/day including additional unstructured data (comprising Facebook, Twitter, email). The system provided analytical capabilities across the consolidated financial Big Data to identify suspicious transactions.

The client was able to recover lost tax revenue in addition to reducing fraudulent transactions, money laundering and financing of terrorism.
